Sessions Cancellation Policy
▪ Season Commitment:
Once a player is registered for the season or term, they are committed for the entire duration. Dropping out and redeeming the remaining payment is not permitted unless explicit approval is given by the academy. This policy is in place because we have limited spots available, and membership is closed after a certain point. Therefore, commitment is essential to ensure fairness and maintain the integrity of our programs.
▪ Sickness Cancellation Notice Period:
There is no cancellation of sessions at the academy unless due to medical illness or emergency leave.
- All such requests must be submitted in writing via:
- academy WhatsApp (050-3351658)
- email (info@atomicsfootball.com)
Requests must be made at least 24 hours before the session begins.
A medical report is mandatory in the case of illness.
▪ No-Show Policy:
If a player fails to attend a session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged. Commitment to training is essential for player development, the academy is dedicated to enhancing each player's skills. Our reputation depends on this commitment, and clear communication among players, parents, and coaches is vital to maintaining a healthy and supportive environment for everyone involved.
▪ Program Cancellations:
In the event that Atomics Football cancels a session or program, participants will be notified 24hrs in advance, and a full refund or credit for future sessions will be provided.
Behavior & Academy Guidelines
▪ Respect and Sportsmanship:
Players must show respect to coaches, teammates, opponents, and referees at all times. Any form of bullying, disrespect, or unsportsmanlike behavior will not be tolerated.
▪ Attendance and Punctuality:
Players are expected to attend all scheduled sessions and arrive on time. Repeated tardiness or absenteeism may result in reduced playing time or other consequences.
▪ Academy Values:
All players are expected to embody the values of Atomics Football—integrity, teamwork, and dedication—both on and off the field.
▪ Disciplinary Actions:
Violation of these guidelines may result in warnings, suspension, or expulsion from the academy, depending on the severity of the behavior.
Attendance Confirmation Policy
- Attendance Confirmation: Each player must confirm their attendance for every training session by 9 PM every Sunday.
- Communication Channel: Confirmation should be made through the designated communication channel.
- Policy Enforcement: Adherence to this policy is mandatory and non-negotiable.
Commitment and Support Guidelines
- Commitment: All players are expected to demonstrate a high level of commitment to the training program. Our academy upholds high standards, and consistent participation is crucial for success.
- Monitoring and Support: If a coach observes a lack of commitment, a joint meeting with the player and his parents may be arranged to address the issue and find appropriate solutions. Our aim is to provide the necessary support to help each player thrive.
- Support System: Players should be aware that they have a robust support system within the academy. If a player feels uncomfortable, experiences any form of unfairness, or has concerns about their experience, they should immediately reach out to the academy director, Mr. Firas Khalil. Mr. Khalil will investigate any issues and work towards solutions to support the player’s development and well-being.
- Open Communication: We encourage open communication and feedback to ensure a positive and productive environment for all players.
Game Attendance, Preparation and Punctuality Guidelines
- Game Attendance: Players must attend games on time. Punctuality is essential for team coordination and preparation.
- Appearance: Players must arrive at games looking fresh and energetic. This includes having brushed hair, washed face and being well presented.
- Arrival Time for Parents: Parents are required to arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the game. This allows adequate time for pre-game preparations and ensures that all players are properly accounted for.
- Pre-Game Nutrition: Players should have their meals at least 3 hours before the game. For morning games, a small snack is also recommended to ensure energy levels are maintained.
- Notification of Absence: If a player is unable to attend a game, the coach must be informed at least 48 hours in advance. This advanced notice is critical for making necessary adjustments to game plans and ensuring team readiness.
- Consequences for Non-Compliance: Failure to adhere to these attendance and notification policies will result in the player being dismissed from participation in the next game.
- Equipment: Players are required to bring their full kit, water bottle, and shin guards. Sharing these items with others is not permitted to encourage self-sufficiency and proper preparation for important moments.
- No Slacking: Players are expected to demonstrate full commitment and readiness at all times. Slacking or being unprepared will not be tolerated.
Exclusive Academy Participation Policy
- Restriction on Multiple Academies: Players at Atomics Football are not permitted to be involved with other academies concurrently, unless there is a prior agreement between Atomics Football, and the parents.
- Program Integrity: Our programs are meticulously designed to maximize player development in a safe and efficient manner. Participation in multiple programs can jeopardize the effectiveness of our training and the cohesion of the team.
- Approval Process: Participation in other academies is only permitted following a serious discussion and mutual agreement focused on the player's best interests. This ensures that any external involvement does not compromise our programs or the team's performance.
- Commitment: Players committed to Atomics Football are expected to prioritize their participation in our programs to maintain the quality and integrity of their development and the team’s overall success.
Field Transition and Supervision Policy
- Immediate Exit Required: After completing their training sessions, players must leave the field immediately. They are not permitted to stay, kick balls, or engage in activities that could disrupt other sessions.
- Waiting Area: Players should wait for their parents on the designated benches if they need to stay on the premises after their session.
- Supervision: Players must always be supervised to prevent issues or injuries. Unsupervised activity is prohibited to maintain order and safety within the academy.
- Consequences for Non-Compliance: Any player who does not adhere to this policy will be excluded from participating in the weekend competition games.
Water Bottle Disposal Policy
- Proper Disposal: It is critical that all water bottles are disposed of in the garbage bins immediately upon completion of the session. This ensures cleanliness and order on the field.
- Coaching Session Continuation: Coaches will not resume sessions if water bottles are left scattered on the field. Maintaining a clean field is essential for the smooth operation of our training sessions.
- Responsibility: Players are responsible for disposing of their own water bottles. This practice supports the upkeep of our facilities and contributes to a professional environment.
Academic and Athletic Balance Policy
At Atomics Football Academy, we believe in the importance of balancing education, sports, and enjoyment. We expect our players to demonstrate their ability to manage these aspects effectively.
- Academic Performance: To continue in the academy, players must maintain a minimum of 85% in their school grades across all subjects. This academic standard is crucial in ensuring that our players are not only excelling in sports but also in their education.
- Balance and Responsibility:Players are required to show that they can successfully balance their academic responsibilities with their athletic commitments. This balance is a key part of their development and overall success.
- Commitment: We are committed to supporting our players in achieving this balance and expect the same level of commitment from them in both their education and their training.
